"The hotel itself is very nice. The issue that was, the first room smelled like sulfur, the second room. The air conditioning did not work, the third room did not smell fresh and clean. Finally, the fourth room was nice, but not the room type that I had reserved and paid for. All night, one and two the room was lightly cleaned. On days three and four, the rooms were not clean. I spoke with Management and they were more concerned with proving that the rooms had been cleaned. Why not just walk...

"Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. "
