"Stayed for two nights and had the most wonderful experience in this cosy hotel filled with history. Yes it's true it could use a lick of paint, but the amazing staff and very good restaurant make up for that bigtime. "
"it was brilliant to stay in the wee hut. It was very charming, clean and cozy for myself and my better half. The owners were very helpful and friendly and gave us good local knowledge about good pubs and lovely walks to take. The optional breakfast was fantastic and they were able to accommodate to our dietary needs."
"Good value for what I paid. The room was clean and comfortable but could do with a freshening up. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly."

Excellent
Loved this little town. Everyone was so nice. I even had time to speak with the firefighters at their station. Thursday night is their training night, so it was fun to talk about differences between the fire department I serve with.

Cute little town, good place for a waypoint between Edinburgh and Speyside whiskey trail.

Good
Whilst facilities vary according to season there's always something to do. A true village atmosphere, on your brief walk to the local shop you lose count of how many locals have wished you a good morning. You can't help few good with that sort of att
"We loved the apartment at Sweeney Two - it has a real WOW factor with its industrial style, which was unexpected in the middle of Aviemore! It had everything we needed and the garden area is a real bonus.
It’s in a great location for exploring the Cairngorm area, we went to the mountain resort to do the tubing slides and funicular and then on to the reindeer walk, all of which we can recommend. Thanks for a great stay!"
