The Space:

This magnificent 5,381 sq ft home, built with traditional local architecture, is ready to welcome your group to Valle de Bravo, where you can create memories to last a lifetime with your loved ones. It’s in a wonderful location, nestled along the mountainside, in a quiet residential neighborhood with stunning lake views and just a 20min walk to the main plaza in town. It features an open design, high ceilings with exposed wood beams, big windows, nature-chic decor, a private patio with 2 shaded dining tables, a BBQ, and a jacuzzi!



When you’d like to spend quality downtime together after a full day of fun, snuggle up in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the sitting room or hang out around the jacuzzi with a cocktail at night under the stars.



What’s more convenient when you’re away from home than a fully-equipped kitchen? You’ll find lots of counter space for easy meal prep, all the basic utensils and cookware and a washer and dryer on hand. We’ve also included a coffee maker for your morning kick-start and a blender for afternoon mixers.



When it’s time to retire, there are 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms to accommodate 14 guests as such:

Valle de Bravo is home to some of the most stunning landscapes and fantastic outdoor activities! This is a nature lover’s paradise! Visit the Novia waterfall, take a sailing tour on the lake of Valle de Bravo, or do something adventurous like paragliding, climbing, rappelling, or biking.



Getting Around:

The property is about 94 km | 59 mi from the Toluca - Lic. Adolfo López Mateos International Airport.

Guests have 3 parking spots on the premises, which makes it easy to get around the area.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: There is a daily fee of $650 MXN for the use of the jacuzzi, which must be paid in cash directly to the household staff.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas of the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed

- The floors on the second level are solely constructed from wood, which results in less effective sound insulation.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s a self-check-in property using a code. The code and full instructions will be sent before your arrival.
