"We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

"Lækkert lejlighedshotel med fantastiske udsigt fra terrassen af suiten med eget spa/onsen."

"Very very nice"

"Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market."

"Fin rummelig lejlighed, men ikke ret meget dagslys. Rent og pænt. Kort afstand til restauranter og seværdigheder. "

"Loved it. We have booked to come back. Location is excellent for best train lines to navigate Tokyo and proximity to Ueno park to relax"

"The staff was not at all warm or welcoming during my stay. It felt like whiplash after spending 12 days in Japan and experiencing nothing but exceptional hospitality at my other accommodations. I arrived around 2:20 p.m. after a long train ride from Osaka, in heavy rain, hoping to get into my room a little early. Instead, I was simply told check-in was at 3 p.m. They offered to hold my luggage, but with the rain pouring and only 40 minutes until check-in, this wasn’t particularly helpful. There...

"Check-in was a bit glitchy but otherwise a great and quiet stay. Clean and stylish and in an older part of Tokyo that was a welcome change of pace from"

"Meget særligt sted Man bor på Japansk! Alt foregår på gulvet - sidde sove - stor oplevelse!"

"Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal"

"Flot hotel, men søde personale Pænt og rent Dog var morgenmaden ikke noget at prale af"

"Jeg synes, at det var et så godt hotel. Rigtig hyggeligt med restauranten nedenunder, hjælpsomt personale, rent hotelværelse."

"Personalet var så så søde!"

"There is occasionally a bad smell coming from the toilet."

"Everything was clean and the staff were nice. But the rooms are SO small, we did expect it to be small but not this small. There wasn’t a closet or anything to store our belongings which meant it was just everywhere and everything looked messy because of it. If you travel with a large suitcase I wouldn’t recommend it but if you pack lightly then no complaints at all."

"First time staying in the Ueno area, and it surprised me in a good way! Lots of good restaurants, close to metro and just easy getting around. The rooms are very small but you have everything you need. Love that they have bath salt to the bathtub :-) We didn’t buy included breakfast but we paid for one morning set, and It’s pretty plain. I would buy breakfast elsewhere :-) But all in all would stay again."
