You are welcome to use the entire home. Please make yourself feel right at home!

Please also keep in mind that we have a ZERO tolerance policy on any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy - the occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests allowed at any time.

Check-in and Check-out:
- Late check-out: 2,500 yen/hour
- Early check-in: 2,500 yen/hour

Cleaning during your stay:
There is no cleaning service during your stay.
If you wish to have your room cleaned or amenities replaced during a long stay, please consult us in advance. *Additional fees will apply.


Identification Documents
　- In accordance with Japan's Hotel Business Law, we request that all guests submit a photo ID.
　- After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you separate instructions on how to proceed.
　- We also ask that you fill out the guest register at check-in. Thank you for your cooperation.

Garbage
・Please separate your garbage and dispose of it in the appropriate bins.
・We will collect it after check-out, so please do not leave it outside your room. If you have over flow trash by end of the day, please tie it up and place it in the trash bin located at the entrance of the building.
・Large items such as suitcases cannot be disposed of as garbage.
If you leave them in the room without permission, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen.

Important Notes
・The room is one unit in an apartment building. There are other residents in the same building, so please be mindful of noise levels and the use of common areas during nighttime hours.
・If noise complaints are received from neighbors, a penalty fee may be charged.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited in the balcony and common areas.
・If smoking is discovered, a fee of 12,000 yen will be charged for emergency deodorization and cleaning on the same day.
・Shoes are not permitted inside the room. Please change into slippers at the entrance.
・We cannot be held responsible for theft during your stay, so please take care of your own security.
・In accordance with government guidelines, security cameras are installed at the entrance.
・If the number of guests differs from the number reserved, we will charge an additional 15,000 yen as a penalty in addition to the difference in price.
・If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, you will be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds will be given.

・Can I store my luggage before check-in?
→We do not offer a luggage storage service.

・ Are there cleaning services, towel exchanges, or additional amenities during my stay?
→ For the sake of guest privacy, we generally do not provide these services. If you have any requests during a long-term stay, please consult with us. (Additional fees may apply.)

・ Are there towels in the room?
→ We provide bath towels and face towels for the number of guests booked. We generally do not exchange towels. There is an all in one washer/dryer machine in the room, so please wash and use them as needed. If you wish to exchange towels, please consult with us. (Additional fees apply.)

・Are toothbrushes provided?
→We provide toothbrushes for the number of guests in your reservation.

・Is it quiet at night?
→It is a relatively quiet area. However, there is a fire station nearby. Therefore, you may hear sirens when emergency vehicles pass by. These are emergency sounds, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
