I had a reservation for 4 people and I show the confirmation mail. they said they do not have reservation for the room I reserved for and they asked me to call Expedia from there at 8PM since they do not have control over Expedia web or any non Japanese reservation site which I was not my fault. They demand us to pay to stay there, if we want that specific room. In the end after 90 or more later. They finally give us a room for 2 and ask as for pay for another 2 people. So bad and I complain more since I already paid for one room for 4. They finally gave us one more room for no extra charge. They could have done better, we got to the room at 10 pm, it took 2 hours to check in!
