The rooftop one costs extra unless you’re staying on the top 3 floors, which wasn’t clear when we booked. They also have the rule of no tattooed, which is very racist towards the local ryukyu population which traditionally have indigenous tattooes. I didn’t mind covering up, but I mind the racism We bought rooftop access one night where there is a bar, a pool and a poolbar. The poolbar included free drinks, but the bar didn’t except for a premium class of guests. Long story short, the bartender gave us the wrong menu which listed some items as zero yen, and then afterwards required us to pay. He didn’t know any English and was super aggressive He had to bring up a colleague who knew English and it took so long before they apologized and actually understood what happened Other than that the rooms where great Learn English when you have tourists - it isn’t that hard"
