Casa Studio er en behagelig og hyggelig lille casita med et soveværelse, en udendørs stue med køkken. Rustik mexicansk arkitektur med et strejf af middelhavsstil. To minutters gang til stranden, fem minutters gang til købmanden og fem minutters kørsel til centrum af Todos Santos, den smukke Pueblo Mágico. Casa Studio har en fantastisk udsigt over havet og solnedgangen fra fronten og tagterrassen, let hvalspotning midt i kystoase-vegetationen.

Not sure it was the host's fault but what started out as a pleasant experience ended up terribly The power was out on our last full day and was not restored by the time we left the next The rest of the town appeared to be fineWe spent a sleepless night with no fan and no lights could not charge our phones for the trip home and had to keep doors closed to avoid mosquitoes Lots of angry noise nearby probably from other irate guests No shower before our trip home It’s a shame because the facility is lovely Spotlessly clean and well maintained attentive cleaners tasteful design and minimalist decor Nice view from the rooftop and lovely grounds

Perfect location!

This was the perfect base for our vacation to Todos Santos. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the rooftop. We found the bed, pillows and bedding to be super comfortable and the casa studio was spacious. The only small thing was that the pool was definitely not how I imagined it from the photos. We didn't end up using it because it was really dirty and there was nothing to use to clean out all the bugs and debris.

Love Todos Santos

My stay was quite planned and the accommodations were excellent. I had a little mix up in communication with my host when extending my stay but it all worked out. There was no hot water for my last night. Overall I was very pleased with my experience

Casa Studio

This place was perfect for the two of us it was extremely quiet, close to town (5-7 min drive), surrounded by lush trees and flowers and about a 15-20 min walk to the beach. There’s also plenty of restaurants around this area that you can walk to. The cleanliness was fantastic we stayed for 9 nights and a lovely cleaner would come in daily to take out the garage, make the bed and change out towels when needed. Great communication with the host as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint, quiet casa a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed cooking at the outside kitchen with the palapa. Listening to the ocean waves at night was amazing.

Relaxing stay

Had a great stay in the studio, despite a little mixup checking in the issue was resolved quickly and we had no problems. Outdoor kitchen was great, our stay was very relaxing and we really enjoyed the accommodation. Housekeepers were fantastic and a nice touch having fresh towels. Lovely grounds and some great little spots in walking distance. Perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing trip in Todos Santos.

Nice but needs some attention

The grounds are truly lovely and pleasant, the walk to the beach is perfect for a morning amble. The rooftop and the outdoor couches were great to relax on and enjoy the view. However, a few things are lacking in the casita itself. There is no seating inside other than a single chair for the desk. A padded chair or small couch would be much more comfortable than having only a bed to lounge on. There is no freezer section in the refrigerator and no ice provided, if you want to keep ice you will need to bring a cooler and a bag of ice. There is no microwave provided. The lighting in the bathroom is a single low wattage candle shaped chandelier type bulb, you would need 4 of them to provide adequate light, it's quite dark. The small mirror was hanging horizontally at a very low height, at 5'9" I had to bend way down to see my face, it made shaving extremely difficult until I removed the mirror and replaced it vertically and luckily I brought my headlamp flashlight. The toilet is still loose on the floor as noted in a previous review. The bed has storage drawers under it, one drawer was hanging askew and making an annoying bang when getting on or shifting on the bed, my inspection revealed the drawer frame under the bed was broken and hanging loose. Still, we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. There are several excellent organic coffee shops, restaurants, juice bar and french bakery and a wonderful market within a 5 minute walk. It's really a great neighborhood.

Nice Baja Unit

+Good location in tranquil/serene area of Todos Santos w/in walking distance to the beach. +Basic clean unit. +Easy parking and safe neighborhood. +Sufficient amenities to cook meals. +Nice views from rooftop. +Close to restaurants and shopping. +Owner is quick to respond. +Cleaning service on a daily basis. +Good/Fast WiFi service -Can be noisy from nearby construction. -Beds are two singles stuck together. Very firm & uncomfortable bed and pillows. -Property Laundry is directly behind the unit and although not loud, can be a nuisance when operating. -Toilet is loose at the base. -Nowhere to wash off feet.

Beautiful setting and quiet location

We had an awesome trip and stayed for 6 nights in the villa gardenia The perfect place to relax and sit back and enjoy the outdoor area and the rooftop for stargazing Rental car is recommended as it is a 10 minute drive to town but it offered everything we needed We would definitely stay here again.

Whale watching delight

The property was just what we needed, with ample space in the room, a nice outdoor kitchen, and rooftop balcony with a view to the ocean. We enjoyed meals in the kitchen and on the rooftop, from which at times we could watch the whales spouting and breaching in the ocean. The nearby beach was great for walking and whale watching, although the crashing waves would be a challenge for swimming. Todos Santos is also a very nice town with several great options for dining, shopping and art.

A hidden oasis!

I loved staying here. It is SO much better than the photos depict. The bougainvillea is abundant and it’s so pretty! It was so peaceful here too. I walked to the beach every day (about 10-15 mins walk) and I was sometimes the only one on the beach. Location is fantastic. A 5 minute drive from the main part of todos santos but I almost prefer this area more. Cute shops and restaurants to the left and right of the entrance of the location. There is a patio on the roof which was awesome for tanning, and shade down below. The outdoor kitchen was awesome too. Thanks for the stay!

Sweet little casita

And a beautiful property. We stayed in Casa Studio for a few nights before leaving for home after a few weeks in Todos Santos. This property is very clean and quiet. There are tropical plants, palm trees, and other plantings around the property that give the entire place a lush feel. The studio was very simple but well equipped. And it was fairly private considering there are other close rentals within the compound. Although it is set back from the beach quite a bit, there are no other properties between this place and the ocean. It's truly an easy 5 minute (or less) walk. You can see the sunset and ocean from the rooftop. Maybe there will be a palapa for shade up there someday? We will most definitely stay here again. Thanks for the lovely accommodations Giorgio.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but people have to know what they are getting into when booking here. First of all the "host" and owner of the property is EXTREMELY rude to females. After hours of traveling, we could not find the villas, so we went to his pizza place to get directions. Right off the bat, he was frustrated and annoyed we couldnt find it. almost like we should have known and were really bothering him for asking. He was so rude he actually made me cry. After we checked in, it got worse.. there is no AC, and there are little bugs crawling on the counters, nightstands and bugs even crawling in the BEDS!! I had to kill about 30 bugs in the bed before I reluctantly laid down. it says you will get new sheets and towels daily, but in our 4 night stay, we got new towels once and our sheets were never changed. to top it off, one of the other guests was using our outdoor kitchen in the morning bc she didn't have coffee in her room, and we got to talking about the place, and the "host" made her cry upon arrival as well! thats two guests in two nights in tears from this guy. He does not treat his guests with respect, understanding or kindness. As a business owner myself, I hate to leave bad reviews, but this guy was so rude and his place is covered in bugs. Good luck!!

Lovely, Tranquil Casita!

A perfect spot for a single person or couple -- quiet, safe and tranquil with outdoor kitchen with privacy but also quick access to town by car (fairly easy walk as well). Host is incredibly nice and responsive! Highly recommend.

Great location between beach and town

We enjoyed the ocean view. You can walk to town but it was worth it to rent a car. The space is clean and we enjoyed cooking breakfast in the outdoor kitchen. FYI there is an ‘office’ on the other side of the casita but it is actually just a storage room and there aren’t people in it. My sister stayed at an adjacent casita which was nice. We would go back.
