Step into our cozy Poconos retreat and enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The open-concept living area connects the living room, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, all decorated with stylish, welcoming touches.

Each bedroom is a cozy private sanctuary in its own style, equipped with fresh linens and essential toiletries.

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Second Floor:
• Bedroom 1: Two queen beds
• Bedroom 2 (Kids Room with Lake View): Full-size bunk bed

Waiver:
Guests understand that swimming, hiking, using kayaks, and using the hot tub are at their own risk. Children must be carefully supervised, and those with health risks, under the influence, or pregnant, assume full responsibility. Guests agree to waive any claims against the owner arising from these activities. Confirming your reservation acknowledges that you have read and agree to this waiver.
Guests have full access to the entire house, including the front and back areas. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.

After booking, you will be required by HOA rules to provide a driver’s license for the person who booked the property and the full names of all guests who will be staying in the house. This information must be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival. A $75 late processing fee will be charged if submitted after this time. If the information is not provided 24 hours prior to check-in, your reservation will be canceled with no refund.

This community includes both vacation homes and permanent residents. Please be mindful of neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10PM-8AM.

No keys to lose or return! This property features secure keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door using your smartphone, a unique virtual key, or a personal entry code provided for your stay.


Note: POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
