"We booked 2 nights in a room with shared bathroom and shower. Both the rooms, toilets and showers are clean and with hot water. "This was delightful hotel, a bit quirky and out of the way, but the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and food tasty. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC and the menu updated as several choices were unavailable all week. "Stayed in a beach Fales and was amazing. Right on the beach the sea underneath us at high tide. Back to basics loved the experience glamping the Samoan way. Star gazing and listening to the waves at night. Beautiful sunrise in the morning and watching the wildlife wake up. Good amenities and food was sort of ok. Would definitely recommend staying here on the beach. "

"we arrived as planned late at night and were shown to our room by the driver. There were pools of rainwater on the floor. The AC outside the window was making a humming noise which made it impossible to sleep. We were given a ground-floor room although we had been promised a 1st-floor room. Although we were moved upstairs the next day, this was just the beginning of a not-very-successful stay. The grounds and the rooms are ok (apart from the noisy AC), but the staff appears tired and unenthusiastic particularly in the restaurant and in the reception. Getting a wifi code (to the very bad wifi) was a long process that could only be handled by the director within her working hours. Breakfast is substandard. The driver was the only exception to this "
