A fully-renovated, 4 season, open-concept, 2-storey home.
The main level welcomes you into a large, open-concept space that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath, with bath tub, are located down the hall on the main level.
The fully-outfitted kitchen includes an electric stove, full-size fridge, drip coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and all necessities to prepare a gourmet meal, including pots and pans, spatulas, spices and oil. Long counters and a large waterfall island provide ample space for food preparation, cooking and baking.
Enjoy your beautiful meals at the large stylish harvest table indoors or the dining set outside. All dishware, silverware and glassware is provided for your convenience.
If you prefer your meals cooked outdoors, a gaz BBQ is available on the patio adjacent to the kitchen.
Sit back and relax after your meals in the living area, enjoying a delightful fire in the gaz fireplace or watching a show on the available smart TV.
If you're up for some fun, make your way down to the recreation room on the lower level, where you will find a full-sized air hockey and Foosball tables and basketball arcade game.
A projector is also available to screen a movie above the electric fireplace, with surround sound, creating the perfect ambiance for a movie night! Cozy up on 1 of the 2 deep-seated couches, or in the popular hanging egg chair.
Younger guests will find themselves right at home in the den dedicated just for them, with plenty of board games, toys, puzzles and books at their disposal.
Enjoy a private SPA experience in our newly-built cusmon dry sauna, also located on the lower level. There is a conveniently located full bathroom, with shower, adjacent.
The laundry room, with both washer and dryer, is also located and available on the lower level.
If you prefer spending your time outdoors, 2 furnished patios are available to you. One includes the dining set with BBQ and the other one offers comfortable patio furniture, perfect to sit back on and enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or share a glass of wine or a conversation.
A basketball net is available in the front yard for those who Iike to get moving! A basketball is also provided.
Gather around the outdoor fire pit in the evenings and enjoy some roasted marshmallows and star gazing.
Your kids will love the playground and climbing structure on site for outdoor fun during the day. Relax on the hammock or enjoy the 3-person swing while they run around the large yard.
