Villa Nada is located in the greenery of the Istrian town of Kringa. This luxurious villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is designed for a maximum of 8 guests. It is characterized by a modern and elegant exterior design, enriched with stone walls. It will be an ideal choice if you are in search of a luxurious vacation in a peaceful environment.



The villa covers an area of 350 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright living room with dining room and kitchen. There is a sofa in the living room and the dining table seats 8, making it ideal for gatherings. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an island that will provide you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The room is dominated by gray color combined with yellow, and numerous windows and doors allow an unobstructed view of the outdoor terrace with the pool. All rooms are air conditioned.



There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Each room has its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. 3 rooms have double beds and 1 room has 2 single beds that can be made into a double bed. 2 rooms on the first floor have access to their own balcony, while the room on the ground floor has access to the outdoor terrace. All bathrooms are equipped with personal hygiene products.



Villa Nada has a 2000 m² garden with a 54 m² hydromassage pool, a covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue area. Since it is ideal for relaxing, cooking and socializing, we believe that the outdoor terrace will be a favorite meeting place at any time of the day. In addition to the outdoor wellness area, this villa also offers an indoor wellness area that includes a Finnish sauna and a Jacuzzi. For those who love the gym and an active vacation, there is an exercise machine and bike rental available, as well as table soccer for entertainment.



Villa Nada is located just a few kilometers from the medieval town of Pazin and half an hour's drive from the tourist pearls of Rovinj and Poreč.
