An oasis of peace, featuring wellness facilities, a playground, a pool, and a barbecue area

*****As the title suggests, this villa is an oasis of tranquility. Parties and loud music are not permitted in the house. We want you to relax in our home and enjoy the beauty of nature.

***** The first floor of the house is fully accessible for people with disabilities, including the exit to the terrace, the entrance to the wellness area, and the shower stalls. The room on the first floor also meets all accessibility requirements, from the width of the door to the access to the shower, a special sink for people with disabilities, grab bars, and a chair in the shower. The bed measures 160x200.

Villa Harmony is located at Radetići 39F. The house sits on a 2,000 m² lot and spans two floors. It is designed to accommodate eight people but also features two extra beds and a crib. The first floor features an entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, laundry room, a restroom next to the wellness area, and a bedroom with a large bathroom. The wellness area consists of a sauna, a hot tub, a large shower, and two lounge chairs for relaxing with a drinks table. The wellness area also opens onto the pool. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms; 2 have 160x200 beds, and one is a children’s room with two 90x200 beds. The children’s room also features a play loft and colorful LED lights. All rooms have direct access to the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the sea; the balcony includes seating. There are also 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The pool is located behind the house, providing a special sense of privacy. Next to the pool is a covered summer kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace and a large dining table. The rest of the 1,000 m² garden is covered with grass and features a children’s playground. By the pool, there is a seating area under a parasol where you can watch the stars in the evening by the crackling fire. The house has 4 parking spaces.
The wellness area is closed from June 1 to September 1.
The security deposit in case of damage is 500 euros in cash, which will be refunded on the day of departure, provided no damage has been reported.
