"We stayed 4 days at Pendley Manor - 4 kids and 3 adults with dinner included. The surroundings are beautiful with a lot of peacocks roaming around. The rooms were calm and comfortable with complimentary sparkling water and coffee/tea/cacao. Swimmingpool was great with children, though with a lot of unnessasary rules of no jumping and such. Breakfast was fine and sufficient for everybody, and dinner was very good as well, though childrens meal was not included and that added up. The staff was...

"Excellent stay, second time in a few weeks. They have recently started doing food which is a great add to the hotel. The breakfasts are reasonably priced and delicious! Best breakfast sandwich ever! Will be staying again when we are in MK next. Staff are so accommodating and rooms are immaculate. "

"I have stayed before on many occasions, although no staff to greet you now, the lock boxes for room keys works effectively. Staff are super lovely, very accommodating. "This is an excellent hotel/inn. Very convenient for the local wedding venues, especially convenient for Coltsfoot Retreat. The rooms are very comfortable and cosy, they are tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. The breakfast is excellent, very generous, well prepared and presented, exactly what is needed the morning after the night before. "

"Plusses were free internet, nice terrace with Water around it, a good room, affordable to days spercial and only 2 min drive from A41. Minusses were - as far as I saw it - that there were no gym at location and breakfast were werved from 7:00 which I see as a bit late."
