    The Space:

    This is the perfect place for up to 12 guests with its stunning 180-degree views of the ocean, the sand, the waves and the Three Arch Rocks. The 400-square-foot, glass-enclosed deck, the lower-level patio, and the large grassy yard all provide spacious areas for outdoor activities. The 2,700-square-foot living area includes two levels with three bedrooms and two baths, as well as a separate daylight basement apartment with a bedroom and bath. Both areas are comfortably furnished and well-stocked. They may be rented together or separately to accommodate up to 12 guests; please refer to the individual listings for Unit A and Unit B.



    Enjoy a five-minute walk to the beach and the picturesque village of Oceanside, which has two restaurants and a coffee shop. Don't miss the 'secret beach' accessed through the tunnel at the north end of the beach. Visit the two local lighthouses, state parks, the Tillamook Cheese Factory, and the Blue Heron Cafe with its unique gift shop, food sampling, and wine tasting. For supplies, there are two small markets in Netarts and two grocery stores in Tillamook. Whether you spend your time exploring or just relaxing, you will have found a charming place to make your beach memories.

  • This property combines two separate living spaces, each with its own private entrance and no interior connection between units, offering added privacy and flexible space for groups.

Maintenance and preparation was very poor. Lack of soap, shampoo no propane for bbq propane fireplace would not work. We expected salt and pepper to be available in the kitchen. Locks I did not function properly. We would not stay here another time.

Very easy to reserve. Place was easy to find and had a great deck to hang out on. We would rent it again!

Good location with great view

This is a good vacation rental with comfortable spaces and a great ocean view. The upstairs unit has three rooms and a trundle in an upstairs alcove that was helpful for kid sleeping arrangements. The kitchen and dining areas accommodated our large group well. It would be helpful if the house had a few more things in the kitchen including: tinfoil, a few tupperware and more spoons. Also, the upstairs bath did not fully plug so a plug would be nice.

Beautiful Home with a View

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! Our favorite part is the view!! It's also in a nice neighborhood and is about a 5 min walk from the beach. I rented it last year and noticed that there were some updates since we were there last. That was nice to see! There is one suggestion I would make and that is that the upstairs bathroom window be fixed so that it can open and also the vent be fixed. The shower. Because there was no ventilation in that bathroom, the fire alarm kept going off from the steam. Once that is fixed, it will be wonderful Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home

Too worn and tired for the price

The property was in an acceptable location with ocean view. The size was large enough for our group of 8 adults and some small children however we were surprised to find that part of the living quarters were accessible from an outside door and not connected to the rest of the property. It made it awkward for sharing meals and games. In general the property was very worn and tired looking. The duct tape connected pieces of linoleum when you first walked in should have been the first red flag. The lower living quarters were clean and less dated however there were lots of ants on the counter. When we first arrived we started cleaning. The dishes, especially glasses and silverware were smudged and grimy. All the serveware had to be washed. Whoever is doing the cleaning for these owners is doing a haphazard job. The sink plugged up after 1 day and since it was Thanksgiving we just cleaned the clog ourselves rather than call someone on a holiday. A thorough cleaning and some updating would make this property much more desirable. We made the best of the situation and enjoyed our family time since we were fairly close to the beach but we all felt that the property was very overpriced for the condition it was in. We have stayed multiple times with our family on the Oregon Coast and this was our least favorite home we have used.
