The Space:

Fall in love with this gorgeous home and its sweeping seaside views, cozy decor, and well-equipped kitchen. This oceanside getaway has plenty of space and privacy for the whole family, and there's even a bunk room for larger groups to spread out!



Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the porches or the balcony and breathe in the salty ocean air. After a day of recreation, relax in front of the TV or gather around the table for game night. There's no need to worry about heading into town for dinner each night, as you'll have a beautiful kitchen that's ready for any recipe.



The house sits within a short, one-mile drive of Oceanside, with beach access and a couple of dining options nearby. Netarts is less than two miles in the opposite direction, where you'll find a convenience store and more beaches to explore. Be sure to also check out the beach at Happy Camp, where you can do a bit of crabbing right from the shore! Tillamook is only eight miles to the east for shopping, necessities, and tours of the world-famous Tillamook Creamery.

Hot tub was not in service, unfortunately. We struggled a bit in the kitchen. The beds werre pretty hard.Honestly - it was the view that saved the vacation! Absolutely mezmerizing (and that from a native Oregonian!).

Girls trip

We had a great time. The property is gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We have no real complaints, however the dishwasher needs some repairs. And the fireplace doesn’t work.

Very roomy comfortable home. King beds are very good. Upstairs bathroom lighting was great! Wonderful view throughout the house. Great water pressure in bathrooms. Kitchen water pressure is not good. Upstairs sliding door needs a screen. Bunk beds need some work… squeaky. We would stay again!

Blown AWAY!

This property was incredible. The price for the location and the view absolutely blew our minds. The beds were large and comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with all needed utensils for cooking our catch. The living room was full of comfortable furniture positioned so that you were able to enjoy the view day or night. The deck(s) were fabulous and the landscaping was lovely. We came in late October and got to watch the crabbers and clammers in the bay and still got to sit on the decks and use the binoculars and spy glass provided. Even the public street that drives up to the house was delightful. The ONLY drawback for us is that we didn’t book for long enough.

Beautiful Views From Every Room

We loved the house, the views and, the neighborhood was nice. Proximity to the beach and other small towns was great, especially Tillamook where there are multiple grocery stores and small shops.

Great way to spend my 70th b-day!

I planned the getaway by finding a rental on a bluff overlooking where the bay was emptying into the ocean, with the ocean behind it. It really was a spectacular view with a great deck and picture windows from just about every room except the kitchen and the bathrooms. It was really perfect with my husband and our two adult children. There was no telescope as featured and appears to have been stolen, according to the management. I do think that the microwave is on it's last leg, just FYI. We had a great time, but this is my last vrbo rental after doing so for decades. The fees were astronomical given it was just 2 nights. When you add those fees, we paid for 3 nights and this was a rather expensive rental to begin with. I wanted this to be where we celebrated my birthday, so I coughed it up. But I question the ethics of their exorbitant fees, I was so mad about it, and will look for other rental companies.I felt like I was being grossly ripped off in any case. How do you (VRBO/ justify these fees?? You will lose customers, and I am one of them.

all about the view

lovely property. great views. many things to do close by. but no info available on site to look at. not much info on property except things that were not allowed.and neighbors might call them. there were no cleaning products to clean kitchen counters or tables and info on things to do like like start laundry before we leave and dishwasher. before leaving at 10am.not sure why cleaning fee was so high. we had a very nice time and would go again. but would bring things from home just to make it a little easier.

Great place with amazing view

Had the best time with friends celebrating birthdays. The house and views are just like the pictures. We will def go back. Only had one kink and that was the keyless entry and code. Called the 1 800 # and they got us right in.

Best View Ever

Such a nice house with a perfect view of the ocean and the bay. We had a coffee pot issue but between Jeremy and Nick we got a not pot and the trip was wonderful. Comfortable beds, and the house is huge. Only problem with with the furnace. Stinky smell in the duct work in the kitchen and dining room but be covered them with cardboard and no more smell.

Beautiful Location

The view was beautiful and the house was lovely. Very comfortable. Bedrooms were as advertised with nice linens. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely come back. Very satisfied.

Some problems

The property itself is nice with a lovely view. However, we found the dishes in the cabinet had pools of water in them and the silverware unclean. There was no dishwasher soap so we went out to buy some, only to find the dishwasher was broken. There was a food encrusted tray left in the toaster oven. Additionally, the double doors from the bedroom to the deck didn't latch and so the wind kept blowing the doors open and it was cold. I complained about the dishes and asked for the cleaning fee to be reimbursed. They would only do a partial reimbursement as we didn't give them a chance to fix the problem during our stay. But why do I want a dishwasher repair person interrupting our stay? And clearly, the housekeepers knew the dishwasher was broken but didn't tell us.

Beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is close to the state parks and a variety of activities. The only complaint was that the mattress in the twinbed/bunk was not comfortable. The views from the property are incredible and breathtaking. A weekend of beautiful coastal sunrises and sunsets we won’t forget.
