Netarts main attraction is the beach, ideal for relaxing in the fresh ocean air or digging for delicious clams in season. The town also features a boat charter nearby, with six more in Garibaldi 15 miles north. Oceanside is conveniently on the way back. You're also minutes from Tillamook's famous cheese factory, the scenic Cape Lookout State Park, and the sights of the Coast Range at Munson Creek State Park. Back in town, a humble selection of delicious eateries awaits you.

ANTS!! I gave this place one star because I could not give it zero.It was ok, cool spot near the beach, cute store nearby. The place was cleaned oki, but there were a few ants visible in the evening, ant traps behind the couch -we figured since it is near beach and damp, there may be a few ants. We always keep food items in the frige, keep sinks clean, etc.In the morning -ANTS everywhere -in the bed, the bathroom, the window sills, a trail across the floor. I believe that we should receive a refund. There were ants in the luggage that was on top of a carry on! We had to vaccuum out our luggage and put all our things in a hot dryer to be sure we did not have them in our place when we got home that day. Gross experience

It was a great spot by the beach. We enjoyed the view. However, this place is pretty run down and could use some TLC. It says it sleeps six but there’s only 5 forks and 5 spoons…. There was some food left in the oven grates from the last people. While there weren’t any ants in the kitchen, there were ants everywhere in the bedrooms!! Kept waking up with ants on our pillows. The blinds are falling apart as well. It’s great though that it’s within walking distance to the local grocery store. The heat worked well. We couldn’t figure out the DVD player unfortunately. But the streaming services worked. Overall for a beach view and great access to the beach it was great

Great location, beautiful view, decent water pressure, all essentials you need in the kitchen. Dirty dishes, dirty grimy blinds, musty and worn in, and ants. Someone responded quick when we noticed ants in one area and they came to spray. Then there ants covering one of the beds, so one room became unusable for the night. It’s an old well loved house and we appreciate the space being shared. I wouldn’t choose stay here again however.

Awesome location, just what I wanted. Shopping good food to by close by. Laundry in house, heating units looked "beachy" but worked well. Awesome views. Had couple of issues, which were disappointing. 1) wifi didnt work. Didnt want to spend time there trouble shooting but needed to by day 3. Spent loads of time with wifi provider and determined the modem and line in were shot and needed service. Forwarded communication to vrbs-vacas, wasnt fixed while there. Couldnt speak to a person directly just texts telling me to reboot modem. Extended stay 1 day and after being out fishing for 12 house, cold and dark, was not able to gain entry they prob changed lock combo. Called vrbo, who i booked through, they couldnt see the account, then Vacasa, who also didnt have the account, and then forwarded to a third party who managed, and was on hold and disconnected. Had to pop a window to get in retrieve my stuff. So, nightmare!!! There was no person I could talk to who managed the property for the emergency entry. At one point I was on line with someone in Belize who couldnt see evidence of my account, because the property was a third party owner. So, if not problems, great place, if in a lurch, not sure.

Such a cute, quirky little place in a quiet little neighborhood (Netarts is great! Much more relaxed feel, instead of some of the busier, touristy areas of the Oregon Coast) with an AMAZING view. Loved sitting in the little sunroom area watching and listening to the ocean. The stairs right down to the beach were great, it was nice to have such close beach access. This had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days, we had absolutely no problems or issues, everything was clean, if a bit older, but that just added to the fun of the place. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely view of the ocean! Overall clean cottage with nice kitchen, comfortable front bedroom bed. Two "problems": the shower door was off it's track upon arrival and a drippy faucet in the "half bath/utility room" tub sink. The half bath has a toilet that's difficult for adults to access comfortably. Decor could use an upgrade, However, overall this property is comfortable, a great location, good parking right outside the door. We would come back!.

Beautiful view from the deck and nice to have an unobstructed view of the bay and the beach. Easy access to the beach as well. Check in directions were clear and the management informed me when the house was available before the listed check in time. Overall, it was clean but the carpet and furniture was worn and had numerous stains. Functional but not comfortable is a good way to describe the place.

Beautiful beach vacation

This house was just right. It had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfy, and it is right on the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of room for my family to sleep and hang out watching a movie and playing games. I would stay here again.

Comfortable, Great for Casual Visit

This place has mastered the traditional hand-me-down style of family-owned vacation homes on the Oregon coast. There is nothing nice enough to steal, but most furnishings are adequate. We bring kitchen supplies - a decent skillet or two and sharp knives.

Views amazing

My family came to stay for 3 days and 2 nights for our sons spring break before he heads off to moscow idaho for college. The little house was cute and clean. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. I can agree this little house needs a little love but besides that i wouldn't change anything besides the owners i want to live in it..lolWe use to live in Hawaii so i miss the beach and the ocean really bad so staying here was amazing.

Cute place with a beautiful view. The side door did not shut all the way at first, and didn’t lock. I asked about it and they did send someone over to at least shut it.
