Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach house. Walking distance from retail shopping, restaurants and bars, all just minutes away. Ocean front private property with pool, Jacuzzi and plenty of room to cook and entertain your family & friends. If you feel like partying, Papas & Beer is located just 10 blocks away or if you'd rather just stay in and relax, this is the perfect spot, your all in one home away from home.

This is a big and spacious ocean front house in downtown Rosarito Beach that features 5 newly renovated bedrooms. All bedrooms are separate and each have private entrances. Your shared spaces are a 4,000 sq foot patio, a pool with Jacuzzi, a large full kitchen with major appliances, a bar, and a dining room that seats 30 people. This is a big house with a lot of outdoor space and amenities for entertaining, cooking or simply enjoying a sunny day.

All bedrooms are independent, have their own private entrance, and they all have full private bathrooms.

Suites 1 & 2 have their own terrace.

Suites 3 & 5 have their own balcony with ocean view. Suite 3 has it's own kitchenette and dinning room.

Suite 4 is a little more spacious with higher ceilings.

The spaces that you can use are your room, your terrace or balcony if you have one, the kitchen, the dinning room, the pool & the jacuzzi.

No smoking inside any rooms. Parties are not allowed unless authorized by the administration. Visitors for renters are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a private property, absolutely no outside visitors allowed. No loud music inside or outside the rooms. Remember, there are other guest that also want to enjoy their vacation time. Indecent behavior will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to others. Pets are not allowed. Please keep quiet time from 11pm to 8am. Before check-out, leave your room as clean as possible. Empty the fridge at check out. Your dishes should be cleaned and left out to dry. The garbage bags go in the trash cans next to the gate entrance. If your dishes are not cleaned and/or your trash is not taken out, there will be an additional $45 cleaning fee. Please leave your dirty towels in the bathroom. Please, no Fireworks anywhere near the property. Please pick up after yourself and don't leave your trash and unfinished food behind. Follow pool and Jacuzzi hours. No Glass containers inside or around the pool or Jacuzzi area. People under 10 years of age are not allowed in the the Jacuzzi. There are no lifeguards on premises, parental supervision is required at all times. No Diving in the pool or Jacuzzi. Please use a proper bathing suit. (No Denim or cotton cloth, no jeans or cut off shorts. No sports bra, compression shorts or boxers. No see through or transparent clothing including swimsuits) Do not leave trash on the Beach. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items brought to the property. Administration accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of any valuables, (including vehicles or valuables left inside vehicles).
