La limpieza en los baños es muy mala. Llegamos a las 11 de la noche y tuve que limpiar el baño ya que tenía moho en los azulejos y en la orilla del lavabo. No soporté la idea de entrar a un baño tan sucio. Por cierto que el moho se desprendió con cierta facilidad, por lo que no entiendo la razón de la falta de limpieza. Quise hablar con la gerente y me comentaron que estaba supervisando las recámaras!!! Que clase de supervisión está llevando acabo!!!

Really great hotel I stayed with a family of 4 and we all felt safe and the hotel feels like it's a new hotel so it looks really up to date I didn't get a chance to use the amenities but it also has a pool and a gym as well. Overall great stay will stay here again in the future.

It is an excellent place I’ve been staying there for years now! .. the only thing that could use some improvement is the WiFi .. I just couldn’t work constantly I got disconnected .. but other than that great place !

nice room it was clean when we arrive there was enough parking but when we came back after dinner lucky we had one parking left I guess the hotel does not have enough parking but it was safe they had a security person in the parking lot

The location is great, parling lot is congested and extremely little.I was lucky both nights I parked and Sunday night I had a wonderful security gaurds lady who was so pleasant, made converation, and defintely made your car feel Safe!

El personal de recepción fue muy amable. Pedí toallas extras y secadora para el cabello y las proporcionaron sin problema. El área cuenta con locales de comida y café con variedad. La única observación que puedo hacer es que pongan especial atención en la ropa de cama. En las almohadas y sábanas había cabellos.

Dirty sheets; looked like mildew; i found hairs between sheets; I couldn’t stay so I just walked out and went to a different hotel. No refunds.
