"In a panic, I double booked this hotel and another hotel after having to leave a hotel with potential bedbugs. I didn’t stay here but was SO grateful they let me cancel despite my room being non-refundable. The other hotel I double booked wouldn’t. Thank

"Beds were really comfortable and it was quiet. We were able to get our rooms right next to eachother. Only downfall was there were not many channels on the the tv."

When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite...

Will stay here again definitely. Pool was deep and warm but not too warm. Bus to UNM/train/old town right outside hotel. Area outside was full of restaurants with great service. "
