The apartment is a three-room apartment on the first floor of about 65 square meters composed of a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, large balcony with electric curtain. Comforts include SAT-TV, WLAN, kitchenette with oven, induction hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, vacuum cleaner, German coffee machine, kettle, moka, furnished terrace, hairdryer and cot for children.



Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5 per person for towels and € 8 per person for bed linen.



Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 10 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
