Villa Famara is a little over 5 minutes' walk from the coveted beach of Playa Pocillos, as well as local shops, bars and inviting restaurants. This 3 bedroom property offers a sun soaked terrace with a private pool, and a brick BBQ that elevates your alfresco dining experience. The main Strip of Puerto del Carmen with the beautiful Playa Grande Beach, restaurants and shops, is 20 minutes' stroll away from the villa. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Famara is just a short walk from the beach and promenade of Playa Pocillos offering a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The main Strip of Puerto del Carmen, with another indulging array of bars, shops and restaurants, is approximately a 20 minute leisurely stroll along the coastline, or 5 minutes in a car. The old town and harbour are 10 minutes by car, bus or taxi.
