It is ideally located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, the main tourist centre of Lanzarote. Leaving the complex you will find yourself directly on the main avenue with access to the beautiful Playa Grande and the Avenida de la Playa with bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal if you don't have a car as all amenities are within easy reach.
Despite its central position, it enjoys a quiet environment.
The complex also has a swimming pool with sun loungers and spectacular sea view.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning, large wardrobe and safe and the other with two separate beds (which can be joined together on request). Both rooms have a television.
The house also has a bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a two ring hob, oven, toaster, capsule coffee machine, microwave, kettle, fridge and complete kitchenware.
The living room has a sofa bed and Smart TV with international channels and there is wifi connection with fibre throughout the house. Attached to the living room is a dining area with table and chairs.
A set of sheets and towels is provided for each guest as well as pool towels.

The complex has a garbage collection area and surveillance for the complete safety of the guests.
The property does not have an open terrace or sea views, but it is located next to the promenade with a large beach and all services. the location is unbeatable.
