Your island retreat
The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a perfect double bed to rest. It also has a 90 cm trundle bed if you are traveling with your child. There’s a large wardrobe for all your clothes and a work area if needed.
The living room, although small, is functional: a comfy sofa bed, TV, internet, and plenty of natural light. The house also has a security alarm so you can leave with peace of mind.
The bathroom is spacious and practical, with bathtub, bidet, and storage. Cleanliness is impeccable, with full disinfection after each check-out. Towels and quality bed linen are always provided for your comfort.

Equipped kitchen and private patio
If you like cooking, the independent kitchen has everything: oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and full kitchenware. We always leave complimentary water and coffee for your arrival.
From the house you access a large private patio, ideal for relaxing: a cozy corner sofa for reading, a table with umbrella for outdoor dining, and a barbecue for magical Lanzarote nights. There’s also a laundry room with washing machine, perfect for storing luggage or beach gear.

Pools and perfect location
The residential complex is quiet and safe, with two swimming pools – one large and another small for children. And the best part: we’re less than 5 minutes from the seafront promenade and the best area of Puerto del Carmen! Shopping centers, promenades, and stunning beaches are right there for you to enjoy.
