Servicen var rigtig god - vi havde bestilt et værelse med to senge, og da vi ved en fejl fik et værelse med kun én seng, blev vi opgraderet til VIP medlemmer som "kompensation for fejlen", hvor vi havde adgang til en lounge på hotellets øverste etage, der bød på forskellige former for små måltider. "It was a pleasure staying at this lovely little hotel. Shirley and the other girls at the concierge were so friendly and made me feel at home. The property is gorgeous, the attention to the guests is unbelievable and the hutong itself is nice and safe.

Wifi working OK. Fitness OK. Inhouse Spa very expensive. Got a free drink on my Priority Club card, even though I booked via hotels.com. Local area not interesting. Would only stay here if I had business in the area. "
