"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

"Morgenmaden var perfekt"

"Et dejligt hotel nær havet, beliggende på hjørnet af en fin rundkørsel, med venligt og hjælpsomt personale, en god morgenmad og rene værelser."

"조용하고 깨끗하고 …청소하시는 분들도 친절하고 생각보다 괜찮음"

The bed was okay but the pillow was too hard. Also there is only aircon in one room. The other was only a fan"

"Its ok hotel"

"Good "

About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance. They gave me no alternative solution and simply told me to cancel through Expedia — even though the booking clearly stated that cancellation would result in most of the payment being withdheld.
