The staff were very polite and helpful especially the Receptionist when we arrived. There was plenty of parking available and Cromer, Sheringham and Blakeney are just a short drive away. "It felt like home. A short walk to the bus depot gave me access to all surrounding sites, or an easy 25 minute walk to city centre. Tea and coffee, juice and bread on hand. Two friendly dogs that were all talk at first became friends during the first encounter."

"The staff were all absolutely wonderful, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner at the adjoining pub. The Church next to the venue is well worth a visit, and there is a small relatively well stocked shop just a two minute walk away. Parking was very easy with plenty of space to choose from. "This is our 2nd stay in this hotel, and once again, it was perfect for us! There has been a change in management since we were last here, and the current manager & partner were busy decorating the rooms. They have a lot to do, but are clearly working hard on it. "Hotel standard in UK varies - this hotel is absolutely at a higher standard than most UK hotels. Spacious room, nice and comfotable beds, easy to acces by bus or taxi from airport or citycenter, quiet surroundings, a supermarket next to, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast OK - could have been improved by at slice og cheese (but we got it from the supermarket). Prices are OK. Nice hotel - we will come back!"

"I was unable to use my booking as i had 2 funerals to attend. My daughters came instead. They said mum you would have hated it stank everywhere of dogs and they were in the dining room. It seems you are more dog friendly than people friendly"
