Breakfast amazing, even M&S zero fat Greek Yoghurt selection and perfect Avocado with lightly poached egg! Full English cooked fresh and looked very appetising.

"The property was on the seafront overlooking the beach, Southend Pier, and the amusements. All of the food outlets were either on the seafront or within 20 minutes walk east or west along the parade or north going towards Sainsburys. Lovely place which i hope to visit again."

"It could have been fantastic. The location can't get better, the room decoration is very nice, but when the toilet does not flush unless you pump it out and the remote to the TV does work. The windows are difficult too see through and one of the lamps doesn't light, it takes it down. It's really small things that could easily be fixed"

"Overall good for the cost. TV with apps, nice shower, clean etc however bed was very basic, shower overfilled quickly, and walls thin and being on ground floor it was noisy when people entered. Very limited parking outside, was lucky to get a free space two streets away. Fine for single person, would not recommend as a family or couple "

"Især den første nat lagde jeg mærke til en skinger lyd med flere sekunders varighed. Hotellets skilt placeret i vindueshøjde trænger i den grad til noget olie.
Mit værelse var placeret over baren og meget lydt. Een aften blev jeg holdt vågen af en flok højttalende kvinder. Jeg troede faktisk de stod nedenfor vinduet.
Fredag aften måtte jeg gå i seng med høreværn, i det der var karokee koncert lige "under min seng". Ikke alene støjede hele sengen rystede.

There is no A/C, It was unbearably hot. We had fan running and temperature in the room was 30 deg C. We had to checkout after 2 days instead of 3 days booked.
