Location is good. Just .5 miles from Crystal but unfortunately we won't come back to this house. The house was filled in rat/mice poop. All over the beds, kitchen, floors when we arrived. So bad that our kids did not want to sleep on the beds and crammed into the couches, which was not fun given there was 16 of us there for the New Years Holiday. The white bed cover was filthy with what looked like blood stains and had dead ticks all over it as well. The Shower curtains were moldy and the dishwasher has buttons broken and missing. And The coffee maker took nearly an hour to brew, which was really odd. I understand we're in the woods but this was excessive and very unsanitary. Each day we cleaned and made sure food was not left out but there was continuous rat poop all over which means there are active rats, mice on the property. Ed said he would give us a refund but we haven't heard from him. Better luck next time I guess.
