Hoteller nær Thomas Park

"The staff was nice and helpful, but the cleanliness was a real problem. We checked into our room and we noticed it had mold on the ceiling bathroom, stains on the sheets, hair clumps on the sheets, and a couple of flies buzzing around. The hotel staff kindly gave us a new room after hearing our bed was dirty. Unfortunately, the new room smelled heavily of marijuana, the refrigerator did not work, the towels had stains on them, the mirror was broken off the wall, and we found a cockroach roaming...

"Had a 3 night stay booked. Wanted to cancel one of the nights a week out because our plans changed. They would not allow me to cancel one night. They wanted me to cancel the whole reservation and rebook for more money. Scammers."

"Mold in the shower. Broken shower head. Broken tile in the entry. We could hear every step of the guests the floor above. They obviously had a child in a 4th floor room that ran around for hours. Kids should be on the first floor if possible. The hotel had very few guests so that would not have been hard to do. Staff was not friendly at all."

"The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. The lady told me 10 minutes upon arrival but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a room. I ended up leaving the next day,...

"Easy and fast check in and check out. We were passing by the hotel on our way to the event we were in town for and stopped to see if we were able to check in 2 hours early. The staff said our room was available. This was a very big help for my family and greatly appreciated. Breakfast was simple but all items were good quality. Easy check out at 6:00 am."
