"The hospitality of the staff is above and beyond what one would expect. It's like you've made friends, the head chef, Salim treats you like you are a guest in his home. The wait staff, from Andrew, Bibin, Vivek, and the others never sit around. They are always on their feet, waiting to see what they can do for you. Uvin, Sweety, and Chris at the front desk make your settling in with ease. The fact that I know all their names speak to the impression they have made. "

"I have only good things to say about Port Muziris. The airport pick-up service was fast and easy, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel."

"Real value for money. New hotel. Spotless clean. Great beds. Everything works. Very friendly. The closest airport hotel, within walking distance. However, they drove us to the terminal very early in the morning in their nice SUV for free. Restaurant could improve, and check in procedures are probably a little too bureaucratic. Rooftop pool works fine, and will probably become even more charming when they have developed the rest of their roof, which seems on the way."
