City Center Apartment with a Modern Breeze

This is a modern, recently renovated and luxurious apartment at the center of Thessaloniki.

- 5 tavernas/restaurants & 1 cafeteria just outside at less than 2 minutes walking distance. Many more at Aristotelous Square and Valaoritou area at 5 minutes walking distance.
- Supermarket (Discount Markt & Market-in) available at 3 minutes walking distance and a larger one (Masoutis) at 5 minutes walking distance. A 24/7 always open convenience store just outside.

Consumables included in the apartment
For amenities such as towels, hairdryer etc. please check amenities section. Starter essentials are provided; guests may buy more for longer stays: shampoo, conditioner, body wash liquid, hand wash liquid, washing machine liquid (enough for at least two washes), dishes washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods (as many as the number of guests), two toilet papers, one kitchen paper, one unopened dish cleaning sponge, floor cleaning liquid.

Information about free parking:
Parking is free on the streets Ptolemeon, Singrou, Filippou until the turn to Ionos Dragoumi street and Olympou street from Ionos Dragoumi street. During busy days of events and exhibitions in the city we don't recommend that you move your car frequently or you might find it difficult to find a free parking spot on your return.

Information about paid parking:
On almost all other streets apart from those mentioned above that have free parking around the apartment there is paid parking along the road, where it is indicated by a sign. Each such sign has a unique number and with your number and license plate you can pay at any convenience store around and costs 1.7€ per hour but you don't have to pay from 9pm until 8am in the morning, so if you will be around town/away with your car and come back late then you can save based on those hours. There is also no parking fee after 4pm on Saturdays and none at all on Sundays. There are also two paid parking companies nearby within walking distance. One is Parking Karavan Sarai and the other is Parking Thermaikos which is open 24 hours and they both charge 12€ to 14€ per day.

Guest access:
Entire apartment.

Other things to note:
Our government license does not allow us to provide services. For longer stays, if you need cleaning, we can recommend some cleaning companies. You would handle payment and communication directly with them.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but it is possible at the balcony.

We are a government-registered short-term rental and, per Greek law, must record each booking. We require the name, passport country, and number (or ID card number for EU guests) of the booking guest only. If you have a Greek ΑΦΜ (VAT) number, that is also acceptable. No ID or passport photos are needed.

Doorbell security camera:
OUTSIDE the apartment door for the security of both the guests and the apartment. It is a requirement of our insurance company's policy. Footage is deleted every 2 months. The only third party that can have access to footage is the police, if a formal request is made.
