Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in the village of Thénac. It has a floor area of 121 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living area with a TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Mezzanine:
- A sleeping area with 2 single beds (90×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 10m×5m, open from May to mid-October. It is fenced off and covered with a tarpaulin for safety
- A beautiful private garden of 2,000 m² surrounding the house, partially enclosed by a natural hedge
- A 30 m² covered terrace, facing south, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Thénac, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions
