From booking to checkout, all was very smooth. The hosts respond in a very timely manner and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. They have thought of every detail. The house is very well furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We would definitely go back! And clean is an understatement!

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean, the pool was wonderful, and the location was great. Communication with the host was excellent and made everything easy. Our only suggestion would be to simplify the number of posted rules and reminders, as they made the home feel a little less relaxing. We were also a bit surprised to see a golf cart in the garage that wasn't available for guest use without an additional rental fee.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.:::

Instantly it felt like we were right at home but with a heated pool and a hot tub. We appreciated the location close to all our favorites like Costco. The neighborhood was perfect for walks plus the golf car allowed us to venture out easily. It’s a beautiful home

Really kind and forthcoming with all needs , one thing and not a large thing but if your renting for more than 2 days you need to supply your own toilet paper , my thought is if your stay is for a week and your paying for all week why not supply the same amenities for all the days . Not just 2 . I’m a business owner in the service world and didn’t see the logic in this .

This beautiful home goes above and beyond what a vacation rental might be! Exactly as described. Everything you need to enjoy a vacation at a pool home, clean pool, clean hot tub that is really hot and a spacious updated kitchen!! We especially enjoyed the open airy kitchen dining area for our large family of 8. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed all day and all evening with non stop water fun! Be sure and buy your water toys in advance to start the fun right away. All of our questions were responded to within minutes. That is a 5 star worth it. We will choose for our next family that visit The Villages. Thanks Kim and Dave.
