Cool sports bar ("Penalties") with excellent nachos, across the street. Cinema in very close walking distance. We were there six days. It was very quiet. The parking lot was full most nights, if that's any indication. "

Just a different “little” experience for a one night stay near the Hawthorne neighborhood in Portland. Lots of cute little PROs and not too many CONs. PROs; Our tiny digs (Merlot) was clean, cute, very comfortable. You’re in a locked, fully fenced, secure lot in case you’re worried about that. Tons of great restaurants around in walking distance. Both in the amount of options and in how quickly everything would be restocked once it ran out. I've never seen anything like it! The room itself was spacious and comfortable.
