"The property was well situated near subways and also in an area that felt safe, even at night. You’re close to a few supermarkets like Whole foods and Drug-mart which makes food shopping more convenient. However since day one of arriving at the property, it was dirty. There was hair everywhere which only accumulated as we stayed. My siblings and I found ourselves cleaning the place a day in of staying at the property. "Truckloads of street noise 24 hours a day. Huge crowds of people in the lobby most of the time. Room just *** .Staff in the lobby friendly - not so friendly in the restaurant/breakfast room - too many people there - noisy. But the breakfast buffet was excellent - everything you would ever want. Location ok - IKEA next door! In Sum: price compared to value/quality: a bit too high due to the noise and the room quality."

"Great location. The room was clean. The mini fridge was a good size imo. Many channels on the tv plus netflix and disney+ if you have a subscription. I got room 2004 which has a really nice view. I was lucky enough to get a late checkout. However my flight was late in the evening so I left my bags with the concierge who suggested the possibility to get a card for their gym when I returned for my bags so I could shower after my last day of exploring and before heading to the airport. I hadn't planned to do that but ended up doing it so I took my bags to the gym with me which was a bit cumbersome but I loved having the shower to freshen up before going home. Next time I'd probably plan it so I could take a change of clothes with me to the gym without taking my whole bags. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again."

"Super charming and friendly small hotel in the coolest neighbourhood of Toronto. The owners are so nice and helpful and always easy to reach. Walking distance to lots of entertainment and a streetcar stop for a 15 min ride to downtown right outside the door. Loved it and would come back in a heartbeat <3"
