Hoteller nær The Showplace Theater

"There is an even-numbered wing and an odd-numbered wing in the hotel with two different sets of elevators- it would be nice to be told that when you check in! I couldn’t find my room at first - thought I was going crazy! I’m walking down the corridor room 107, 109, 111 where the hell is room 110? - wrong wing. Also a huge part of customer service is understanding your customer- I drove 7 hours from Boston, arrived at 3:30pm exhausted - only to be told check in time is 4pm! - and was strictly...

"This place was quiet and clean and soooo comfortable."

"Fine for a layover."

"Vi nåede at bo tre dage på dette hotel ud af vores ophold i Buffalo på ellers otte dage, før vi var nødt til at booke nabohotellet for at få bedre forhold og bedre service. Sengen var gammel, bulet og man sov virkelig dårligt. Lobbyen var mikroskopisk lille, og morgenmaden var fed, sukkerig og nul procent grønt af nogen art. Servicen var a la ‘what do you want me to do about it’. Så vi blev selv nødt til at gøre noget ved det, og flytte på et andet hotel. "

"Der var koldt på værelset. "

"Not worth it price"

"Room was clean and just enough for my few days stay. Raj is super nice and accommodating. She has great customer service skills. Climate control easy to use in room as well. The only major issue I could say I had is that there is a sitting area on the other side of the wall of my room. The TV there could get very loud at times. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Location puts you close to everything."

"No complementary water. Breakfast was good."

"Excellent property with helpful staff and great room quality. I was staying for a special event and could not make use of the amenities to the fullest, but they looked fairly adequate"

"The hotel was very quiet even though many of the rooms were occupied. The location is safe and entering and exiting the property by car was easy. We would stay there again. It is a good place for the price."
