"Our stay at the Palmerston was so much more than we expected...Best breakfast in the UK...the beautiful villlage was relaxing ...lots of shopping and sights to see all within walking distance to our B&B...overall 1 of the highlights of our vacation...would recommend this place to all"
"Lovely clean luxury feeling guest house.
A lovely chatty host who goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
Lots of extras in the room such as a fridge with bottled water, biscuits, tea/coffee.
The room had a full sized bath with shower and shampoo, conditioner, bodywash.
Very luxurious feeling rooms.
Self serve breakfast was fresh tea/coffee, Orange Juice, Fresh fruit, toast, cereal and yoghurt, fresh pastries etc.. all of excellent quality.

"An excellent stay, with very friendly staff. The leisure facilities are a little tired, but still perfectly fine for what you need. Highly recommended and I look forward to stay again."

Lidt trafikstøj, - da hotellet ligger tæt på motorvej.
Gode restauranter 100 meter fra hotellet.
Lidt svært for taxa at finde smutvejen ned til Hotellet så man undgår den lange motorvejkørsel.
Det perfekte Hotel hvis man kører i bil..."
"Lovely pub with rooms in a separate block. We ate in the pub with friends and enjoyed a Faboulous meal. The room we had was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely couple who run it is a picturesque village. "

"Ikke en finger at sætte på denne hoteloplevelse. På grund af flyforsinkelser blev vi forsinket med en dag, men hotellet gav os rabat, så vi ikke skulle betale for den missede overnatning. Rigtig god service, et meget fint og rent værelse og en god pub med god mad og drikkelse. Ville klart anbefale dette hotel til alle, der skal have en overnatning i Southampton. "

"I stay in around 100 places each year for work and this was bad.
Poor quality fittings and fixtures vey well used. No soap, shower door didn’t close, toilet on some kind of strange plinth. Laminate falling to bits. No Freeview or terrestrial tv, streaming only but WiFi is so bad it doesn’t work at peak times 2 mattresses on bed bottom one very grubby
I think it’s a converted garage.
May suit someone with low standards I ended up leaving after 2 nights stayed last night elsewhere "
