Hoteller nær The Perch Pocket Park

"Wonderful stay start to finish. Greg is a great host. Very good breakfast with him asking if we wanted more. Will definitely return. "

"The breakfast was VERY poorly managed. They didn't restock items as they ran out. No plates, no glasses, and at one point we took it upon ourselves to get in the storage cabinet below to retrieve creamer for our coffee. When we did that, the front desk person just glared at us like we were doing something wrong and asked very snarkily if there's something they could help us with. Then they charged us an incidental fee when we arrived of $50 which is is normal, but when the transaction updated,...

"Great stay!"

"The furniture was a little outdated, Quiet, friendly staff and clean. I had a really nice day."

"we loved our room, bathroom and the ease of location"

"Great"

"The first room was to have a bath tub, so after asking they found one with a tub, then the tolet had difficulty flushing as the flapper kept leaking, so had to remove the lid to get it to work, then the next morning the wall thermostat stopped working probably bad batteries."

"Definitely tell it's a high traffic property, all the carpets in the common areas are stained extensively. Parking is a challenge, Parking garage is not easily accessed by the hotel after checking in you have to drive around the block to park and walk quite a distance to get to your room."
