"Hotellets placering i fht Dubai Parks er helt fantastisk og det tager kun få minutter at gå dertil. Desuden ligger der også en del gode spisesteder lige uden for hotellet.
Og et kæmpe plus hos mig var, at der var topmadras på sengene og de var meget komfortable.
Kvaliteten af morgenmaden er rigtig god og der er super service over hele linjen på hotellet. Kan varmt anbefale at tage et par overnatninger her, hvis man vil besøge Legoland Dubai eller en af de andre Parker, som også er en...

"Super cool theme hotel. Hawaiian all the way. But the Music at the pool is quite loud. And it gets a bit and it gets a bit too much just going on repeat.
Make sure you dont choose river view/lake view. It right across the amusement park and they are open until 21 EVERYDAY. So impossible to sit outside in the evenings. Also dont choose building 1 to 5 because you’ll never see the Sun there.

"This hotel, just open now for 4 months, is truly a hidden gem! It is located in the picturesque Expo 2020 city a 10 minute walk from the subway. It's mostly car free (though there is parking available) and we spent 2 weeks in a truly gorgeous hotel. The staff are all extremely well trained (I think the General Manager Christian Potvin had a lot to do with it and hired some really smart people) I would definitely recommend for those who want peace and quiet waking to the sounds of birds."

"Stayed in this hotel twice during the same vacation due to the distance from the airport. Upon arrival and departure.
Booked both rooms via hotels.com and both for 2 adults 2 kids. The first room we got only had two single beds. They than told us to pay for an extra bed for one of the kids.
The shower-head kept falling down, and the water wasn’t really getting warm.
On the second stay we booked the suite, with a terrace. The suite terrace was the only one without any furniture so couldn’t use...

the hotel is close to Al Maktoum airport.
The taxi driver took us to the wrong airport but with the hotels help he drove us to Al Maktoum but he drove off without payment as we had to go to arm and get cash.

"Hotellet var noget slidt. Fx en seng på et værelse var ved at knække og falde sammen. Loftet på balkonen var i utrolig dårlig stand og en sofa med kæmpe revne.
Alt for mange mennesker til morgenmaden, hvor der var overbefolket. Mange gæster smed håndklæder på sengestole ved pool og brugte dem ikke meget.
Lækker mad og billig room service.
Desværre virkede telefonerne ikke i lejligheden - alle speed dial funktioner gik til andre værelser og ikke tiltænkte service.
Fantastisk udsigt fra rooftop lejligheden med 2 værelser, som vi brugte en uge i juli 2025."
"De får 5 flotte stjerner får de. Vi havde et fantastiske ophold, vi har aldrig oplevet sådan en service før nogen andre steder. Der blevet sørget for solstole med håndklæder og vandflasker på is, når vi kom ned til en af deres mange pools. Maden og personalet var super! Vi skulle tjekke ud kl 05 om morgenen for at nå vores fly, og der havde de sørget for morgenmad take away. Vi anbefaler dette smukke hotel."

Negatives was no chairs or table on the balcony in addition the is a constants light from the hotel that shines directly on the building the one that changes color every 4 second. In addition we lost a personal hair towel and a hair tie during cleaning, I assume do to a mistake."
