"We checked in around 5:00 PM after a long day of traveling and were told our room wasn't ready yet, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to unpacking and relaxing. Once we got into the room, there was a noticeable odor. For a pet-friendly room, the carpet didn't seem like the best choice. "I like the fact that the property is in the centre of downtown where I can take care of my business or medical needs. There are reasonable parking options, tidy rooms, hot breakfast is available and the staff are all very helpful. I have stayed at this property several times over the last several years and will continue to do so as long as they keep up their standards."
