Hoteller nær The Lowland Plain of Broad Run

"Beautiful hotel, close to highway. Restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and staff were polite and helpful. We arrived too late to enjoy the snacks and drink reception:( delicious breakfast with many choices. Would stay again but far away from first floor and outside doors. Room phone did not work and had to walk down the hall to request assistance from staff. Staff was extremely willing to help."

"The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The only downside was that the glass shower door didn't close properly letting water from the shower onto the floor. The drain bung in the sink wouldn’t stay closed making it difficult to keep any water in the sink. The breakfast was excellent and varied."

"The room was very clean and daily housekeeping for fresh towels and making the bed is such a rare find these days. Staff was very nice and hot breakfast was good, but wished there was little more variety in the week. Overall, very pleased and felt the price was great!"

"Our room wasn’t cleaned until the fifth day of stay,I ASKED TWICE FOR IT TO BE DONE, I kept getting the same excuse that they had late checkouts outs and had a big group of basketball players, It shouldn’t be the norm to put out your own trash and dirty towels and go get your own fresh towels.I ask what are you paying for if you aren’t getting these benefits,it’s suppose to be a vacation."
