"The immediate location was decent. Couple blocks walking in the evening felt a little unsafe (we were out late one night and only used SeaTac transport so the drop off for the bus couple blocks away). We had a noisy neighbor that kept slamming their door. But overall we loved our spot!"

"All in all a terrible experience! When we arrived we thought that the "manager" was a homeless person wandering around in the parking lot. A women loitering there asked us if we needed weed or anything else. A half-destroyed car with no license plates was sitting in the parking lot, too.
We checked in anyway and the room did seem very run down and smelled mouldy, but we didn't discover the worst thing until just before going to bed.
The mattress was very lumpy and the springs were very noticeable, but on the one side there was like a big hole or indentation. We didn't want the hassle of switching to another room, and just wanting to sleep.
However, the "manager" said in the morning that he couldn't compensate at all for the bad experience.
We skipped our second day that we had booked and found another place to stay.
