Da vi kom til hotellet var værelse ikke klar, da vi kom tilbage kl 22.30 var den ekstra opredning ikke klar... vi måtte vente 30 minutter og 3 opringninger til receptionen for vi kunne komme i seng. Restaurant: 2 forvirrede tjenere kunne ikke finde et bord i en halv tom restaurant. Efter 8-10 min venten gav vi op...."

"Stay at this Hyatt Unbound was an amazing experience. We were a family of 10 and therefore in 5 different rooms, on different floors and everyone loved it. The rooms are small, as most rooms are in NYC, but renovated and beautifully decorated in a modern way. Black, brown and brass. Loved it. Beds were great. Cleaning everyday, which is almost also gone in every metropol nowadays. Recommendations for future stays are to get a room high up, somewhat away from the lifts, but this goes for all your...

"Lovely, clean hotel, friendly staff. We stayed for a week. Only problem we had was ac not working in the first room we had. Staff took care of this, tried to fix it but we had to switch room. Rooms are small (it's New York!) but there are drawers under the bed on each side where you can keep your clothes so you don't have to open your suitcase every day on the limited space there is in the room. Worked well for us. Bed was comfortable, too. We would stay again if we come back to New York."
