"It's very dated. Long past It's prime. I was lucky enough to get a room on the 18th floor facing La Branch st. and had a very nice view. If your room faces the other direction you face the back walls of a very tall new building (see google maps street view). Only 3 elevators so there can be a short wait for one. Good to keep in mind if you're waiting for an uber. The breakfast was mediocre at best. "

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
