"Older hotel that was clean; elevator button was broken when we first arrived but was able to call from the 2nd floor the go down and board on 1st floor for elderly parents. It was clean enough but had an interesting smell. "

"The room was nice but the main issue was the shower. At first I didn’t have much pressure to shower but I was happy when they did fix that issue. The. Unfortunately the hotter I put the shower the less pressure I had. So a decently hot show had very very little pressure. Also I had to literally reactivate my room key every time I came back from work cause it would never work. It got to the point where it was the first thing I did when I walked through the lobby. "Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower curtain was not long enough and water leaked a lot out of shower. Pool is not heated and there was no pool towels for a very long time. Parking lot is very far, didn't like that we had to go a ways to be able to park at underground parking or nearby parking garage when staying at south tower. "

We were told at check-in that breakfast would be available until 10 the next morning (Sunday), and this was consistent with printed notices, but when we went down at 9:15 the food was already cleared.
