"We enjoyed our stay very much, the host are extremely helpful and friendly, our apartement spacy and comfortable. However two things need mentioning: Neither the hotel, nor the street were to be found on our gps, and that made it very dificult to locate the adress ariving late at night. We were on the phone with our host,but speaking only Italian, he could not help us very much. Bring a map or search via google earth before arriving! Second, we were charged an extra 25 euros per night, because...

"We had 2 nights in august 2024. Basically a nice place, with very friendly staff - if you can find them. The place brands itself as being for relaxation - but is in fact surrounded but trafficed roads, neighbours with barking dogs etc - not much relax about it. It does have a very good view at Etna though. The place is generalyl OVERSOLD by Hotels.com, and in fact contain errors in the selling. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony according to Hotels.com, but the room does not have a balcony...

"We have been travelling for seven weeks now and this has been the best place we have been at our trip. Absolutely unforgettable - a beautiful cottage made of wood with a stunning view of Catania and Etna. The cottage was clean and nice with everything we wished for. Besides that the owner, Pippo, is a very warm and kind person and gave us great advise about what to do. Besides that, there is a very very cute dog! Will definitely come back if we have the chance - much recommendable!! "

"Ottima location, negozi e supermercato vicino,inserito in una direttrice viaria molto importante e diretta verso il centro e viali adatti allo shopping di moda, appartamento tranquillo , insonorizzato nonostante il forte traffico, rifinito sufficentemente, frigobar da migliorare nell' efficienza, la facilità di posteggiare è difficoltosa perché sulla strada principale è impossibile e sulla piazza retrostante è legata all'orario e alla fortuna!"
