"We just enjoyed our stay at Point Grace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our oceanfront three bedroom, three and a half bathrooms was incredible with amazing views. There is construction going on next door, but we were never really bothered by it. We were in the west building. Overall I would highly recommend staying here."

"Rooms are clean. Bathroom smell. Pool had bugs and not clean. Then again most guest at beach and not using the swimming pool. Daniel was helpful and kind and gave us golf cart rides to the beach. Beach is 15 minute walk so it was nice to have golf cart. Water provided day one only — water should have been provided daily and refilled by housekeeping every day when they cleaned the room."

"My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. "Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Special shout outs to Tiffany our personal Concierge and our Adults Pool side concierge (engineer), Yves, Both made our trip that much more enjoyable.
