"Although the hotel offered decent value, it was not very clean, and the toilet paper had not been replaced after the previous guest’s use, which was quite unpleasant. The room itself was acceptable, with the main issue being that I found a small insect on the bedsheet of one of the two beds immediately after I entered the room. Finally, I had a negative experience with the hotel because I checked out only two hours after checking in, despite having booked the room for a couple of days....

What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. "Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. "I stayed in a renovated unit which I appreciated. Everything was clean and in its own place. My only issue was the roach that came out at night. The property is technically near some woods and they’re renovating the property so the roach could’ve came from a multitude of places. I only saw one so I killed it.
