Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there.
Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well.

The front desk staff was able to get us checked in hours early and gave us a complimentary upgrade with a view of Fenway Park. Upon hearing we were headed to the zoo, the front desk offered us cold bottles of water to take on our trip."

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch.
